Impressive. I like this lesson.
I am very much impressed with this e-learning platform. God Bless you for the effort you put in creating this amazing platform.
From His submission I learnt that copywriting is not just dependent on the act of writing thus bringing pictures ,artworks and graphics to create any advert but it goes beyond that.
He further stated that ,to be able to create an advert that would effectively
communicate to your audience, you need information and One can do this by planning; which implies one researching to acquire more in-depth knowledge about the copy my client wants me to create.
In addition ,I learnt that there are two types of copy thus pictorial and non pictorial copy Or verbal copy and non verbal copy.
To conclude, let me state emphatically that ,upon watching the video and making further studies on the lesson, I clearly understand what copywriting is all about and has erased from my mind, what I earlier on perceived
the concept to be.
I ask that this platform remains since this platform provides one with the opportunity to have a pre-understanding of a lesson before consulting one’s handout. it also makes one study ahead for the next class.
As one who wish to be a graphic designer someday, I would store this information and apply this in my field.
Really grateful.
Many thanks, Efah, for your detailed comments. We are glad to have you learn with us. Share with friends and family.
This platform is very educative and I must say it provides in-depth Knowledge in the various courses listed here.
Thanks.
A very simple but insightful lecture. You have really set a pace for an innovative way of teaching.
I’ve learnt that, Copy writing is the use of words or visuals to create an advert to persuade consumers to purchase a product.
Very educaative and self explanatory lesson.
Do copy writers always meet up the required standards? Also , After researching on a product or something you have been tasked to copywrite on and you find out it won’t be good , what do you do about it
Very educative and helpful too.
The explanations were clear and precised. Thank you for the enlightenment.
I enjoyed the lesson sir, i learnt that before you start a copy writing process you need to do a research to get the right information.
Very educative: I’ve learnt a lot on how to create my own business and how words and visuals can be put together to promote my products or services, I’ve actually been educated and I’m highly impressed with how the whole video was designed…..you’re really talented sir.
Thank you Barbara for learning with us.
Very educative and easily understandable
Copywriting deals with writing visuals, words, and graphics to make an advert. One should first research the product you want to advertise
Thank you Jessica for learning with us. Keep it up and experience all our courses and lessons.
This is very informative and easy to grasps. Thank you
Explanation was quite clear and simple
This is very educative. I have learnt what copywriting is. And I have also learnt you need to conduct a research of your product in the copywriting process as well as to analyse the qualities and benefits of the product you want to advertise.
Very illustrative and simple to understand. Advertising production won’t be that difficult as I presumed it would be.
In this lesson I learnt that before one starts a copywriting process he or she must plan ahead, that is, he or she should put into consideration the qualities and features that consumers can benefit from the brand. In this day and age people buy things that will be beneficial to them even in the far future. One should also analyse competitors claims and be ahead of the competition.
In one way or the other someone is selling the same product you are selling, so for yours to be a little different or unique you have to add a new recipe or flavour to your product. Your services should also be top-notch.
And finally I also learnt that so far as a musician is able to put words or lyrics together to make a song sound good in our ears then a copywriter must also be able to put words and visuals together to promote a product or a service
Very informative and simple. I thought copywriting was a whole complicated thing but with the help of your video, I’m good to good.
Many thanks to Mr. Elad.
Can we solve the quiz now?
This platform is very useful because of how the message, learn about how to Copywrite and the processes involved in copywriting, has been demonstrated on this platform.
I learnt that copywriting is the writing of words, visuals, symbols and graphics to create an advert, and I also learnt the copywriting processes
Firstly, one should start by planning, that is by researching thoroughly on the product or service.
Secondly, one should find
1.the usefulness of the brand to the consumers.
2.Target Audience should be analysed if they are Passive or Active users.
3. Analysation of competitors that is you bringing in a different flavour new recipe or in anything materialistic.
4. Market share of the brand should be analysed that is what height do you want to grow your brand.
5. Determining the central messaging strategy by choosing a good theme as your promotional message.
6. Determining the perfect advertising technique for your brand, such as using a dramatic technique, animation technique etc.
I also learnt that a copywriter should be able to put words and visuals together to promote a product or service if a musician is able to put words or lyrics together to make a song sound good.
Great video lesson, with precision. This video has offered a simple idea of what copyright is.
Looking at analysing the qualities and benefits of a product, a mobile phone’s camera function that is given much emphasis is an advert will fall under a functional benefit. An example is a broadcast advert for Tecno Canon 16 which had it benefit capitalized on it’s camera function such as wide angle selfie, Eye Focus, Slow motion photography etc..
Thank you for the lesson.
I understand everything perfectly well , but I want to know if copywriting in advertising is different from copywriting in other subjects
Please sir , how do you take the test after the lesson ?
Sheilla pls click on the ‘TAKE QUIZ’ button. Thank you for learning with Elad

And the four major processes of copywriting are 1 Research, 2 Analysis of the qualities and benefits of the product, 3 Central Messaging Strategy OT theme and 4 Tone and Ambience.
I however have a question, which is; Should the age of the audience be considered when selecting a theme and tone?
